Kryptonite Trumpets look like somebody took the glowing green stuff from Superman’s worst day and decided it belonged in a reef tank instead; or somebody planted a tiny stash of radioactive plutonium on the end of a coral branch. All jokes aside this is a pretty incredibly colored coral and the fact that it is easy to care for makes it even better.

We recommend starting the Kryptonite Trumpets in the 100 - 200 PAR range.
Flow — Moderate

Provide Moderate variable flow that keeps detritus from settling on the Trumpets. Avoid constant direct current from the same direction in favor of random chaotic water movement.
Placement — Lower to Mid level
Placement of your Kryptonite Trumpets is one of the most important decisions.
This is where you’ll have to take lighting, flow, future growth and nearby corals into consideration.
Since it prefers 100 - 200 PAR range it will need to be mounted Lower to Mid level on your rock work depending on your light intensity.
Allow room for its Branching growth form, and consider neighboring coral colors and shape. When possible, use contrasting corals such as red next to green, blue next to orange, or yellow next to purple, and mix growth forms such as tall branching corals next to plating or encrusting corals.
