Shipping is a flat rate of $35. Orders greater than $375 ship free. 

If you already have an open order that has not already shipped and you would like to add items to it you can by:

Add your additional items to your cart. Select checkout. On the next page pick shipping (do not select local pickup) and use discount code AddtoOrder.  This will trigger website to remove shiijt cost. If combined total of all orders reach $375. I will refund shipping charge from first order. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping 

All livestock ships via FedEx Priority Overnight. This is 10:30am or noon in rural areas. Orders are packed between noon and 3pm. Corals are double bagged (3mil poly) and are impact protected by custom made laser cut cups from Tidal Guard. Then they are packed into a 1.5” thick solid EPS Foam coolers which sits inside of a corrugated box. 40hr heat packs or ice packs are used as needed.

Shipping Schedule

Shipping occurs Monday - Thursday. Orders placed by 3pm eastern typically ship same day. Even after 3pm I can usually accommodate a same day shipping. If you would like me to hold your order for a future ship date you can add that to notes at checkout. Below is the shipping schedule unless fedex is closed .

If reported delays due to inclement weather (heavy winds, high heat/cold or major storm)  in the shipping route from Dayton, Ohio to you; I will contact you to work out a shipping date that gives the best chance for a on-time arrival. High winds is the most common cause of plane departure/arrival delays.

If a loss occurs in shipping for retail orders I have you covered for cost of coral minus actual shipping. When I see other retailer’s that have a clause not to cover loss from shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances  beyond your control, that is just crazy to me. A late package doesn’t mean there will be a loss. On occasion shipments does not arrive until afternoon or evening. Corals may arrive colder or warmer due to a delay and will need a bit of extra float time to come up to temperature. If there is a dead on arrival don’t throw out the coral or packaging. I may provide a return label depending on circumstances.

If a loss occurs we will select a suitable replacement or store credit for the cost of the coral minus actual shipping cost.
